The shaving machine TAN 600 is the synthesis that the tannery today requires, to design it with our long experience in the tannery trade as reconstructs and repair er of the same machines.

The new shaving machine is a hydraulic and mechanical machine with notable performances. This can be utilized in particularity for teh working of the goat- sheep skins and rams.

Blade roller with 12+12 blades with pitch 254x 140 to optimize the opening and the shaving of skins, to minimize working discards, reduce the noisiness in the operative phase.

Hydraulic switchboard that manages the followings functions : 

- Regulation of the velocity of the extraction and trasport

- Grinding apparatus

- Regulation of the thickness

The machine is equipped of two system of security one is touching bar and another is stop engine bottom, to consent the immediately arrest of the blade roller.

Safety carters and box for the electrical equipment are in inox; engines and facilities are tropical type.
