This machine designed by Sol Meccanica has been realized in 2005 when some tanneries have felt the need to have a machine able to spray sulfur and other substances on the skin.
This machine is constructed entirely of stainless steel.
The transport of the skin is done by a carpet made of Perlon wires (for skin with short hair or medium) or entire carpet (for skin with hair high or very high). The pump installed fishing the substance in the tank and sends it to the nozzles in the cabin where you can manage the jet from single to double spray.
The machine is also equipped with a washing system of the wires that allows the complete absence of residues on the conveyor belt; tanks of recovery for the substance; tanks with agitator on board the machine and pipes for fumes extraction (excluding aspirator).

The measures of the machine may vary depending on your needs from: 1500 to 3000 mm wide, having possibility to work in addition to sheep skins also calves.
